Shimla : Following Himachal Pradesh’s victory in the BBMB arrears case in the Supreme Court, Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu was accorded a warm welcome on his arrival at his official residence, Oakover, in Shimla today. He had returned from New Delhi. Shimla Municipal Corporation Mayor Surender Kumar, along with councillors, felicitated the Chief Minister and appreciated his efforts in securing victory in the case.
On the occasion, people welcomed the Chief Minister with traditional musical instruments and raised slogans in his support. They also greeted him with flower garlands and performed the traditional Nati folk dance. The people said that the Chief Minister was taking several important steps to strengthen the state’s economy.
