The forest wakes with a golden light,
chasing away the shadow of night.
The chital drinks from the hidden stream,
living a life that feels like a dream.
But the trees are thinning one by one ,
under the heat of a rising sun.
We build our roads and we stretch our walls ,
while the ancient voice of the jungle calls.
The elephant finds a fence of wire ,
where once stood the shade of his heart’s desire.
His path is broken, his world is small,
as the concrete rises , the giants falls.
It’s isn’t just, it’s isn’t just claws ,
It’s the rhythm of life and nature’s laws.
If we take the land and we leave no trace,
we lose the soul of the human race .
So save the wild and let it be,
a home for them and a breath for me…
