Shimla : A delegation led by the newly elected Chairperson of Nagar Panchayat Chopal, Pomita Thakur, from Shimla district, met Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu here today. They apprised the Chief Minister about the various demands related to the development and needs of the Nagar Panchayat. The Chief Minister assured the delegation that the state government would sympathetically consider their genuine demands. Former Chairman Nagar Panchayat Chopal Chander Mohan Thakur and General Secretary of H.P. Congress Committee Yashpal Tanaik were also present on the occasion.
