Once the forest sang in sunlight,
In rivers wide and skies so blue,
In tiger’s roar and eagle’s shadow,
In life that silently grew.
Each leaf would whisper ancient stories,
Each root held secrets of the land,
Every creature had its kingdom,
Perfectly shaped by nature’s hand.
But now the trees fall without warning,
The smoke replaces morning air;
The deer run through shrinking meadows,
The jungle whispers a silent prayer.
Who made us rulers of the wild?
Who said the Earth was ours alone?
The soil we walk, the air we breathe,
Were gifts — not things to own.
We are not masters of this planet,
We are its guardians, brave and wise;
Each seed we plant, each life we protect,
Lets wounded forests rise.
So let us choose a path of courage,
Before the final echo dies —
Save the wild while it is breathing,
And let tomorrow’s hope survive.
